semalam ( 1/May ) hanim buat kek b'day utk anak hanim yang no.1 - haiqal. Lewat sehari celebrate b'day sbb 30hb hanim keja. Hanim buat kek span perancis dgn ganache coklat dari umah kak ita (masam manis). Nanti hanim update link umah kak ita yer. Memang sedap cuma deco yang hanim buat yang tak cantik. Kononnya nak ikut cara kak ita deco, tapi tak menjadi. Hu hu hu hu hu ............... Tangan mmg keras tak berseni kalau nak deco kek. Sedih lak bila tuan empunya kek komen "nape umi buat kek ni comot?". Tapi bila dah siap semuanya ada hati pulak nak bawa ke sekolah. Kek tu hanim buat marble. Tak nak ambil risiko buat layer mcm kak ita buat. He he he he .....<br />

<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1. Panaskan kukusan. Satukan bawang putih,merah dan halia yg ditumbuk, sos tiram, tepung jagung, garam dan gula serta sedikit air.</span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2. Gaul rata bahan tersebut bersama ikan. Tabur lobak merah, bawang besar, cendawan, halia, tomato, cili api, asam boi dan serai.</span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">3. Kemudian kukus ikan atas air mendidih selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga masak. Guna hand whisk untuk lebih senang. Tak payah tunggu mendidih tau! Dah cair tu tutup api</span><br />

Pecahkan telur dan asingkan putih dan kuningnya. </span><span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Pastikan dalam bekas putih telur tidak terdapat kuning telur dan bekas tu bersih tanpa kesan minyak. </span><br />

<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1. Combined the agar agar powder and water and mix well. Cook it over low heat until agar agar powder completely dissolved.</span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2. Add in the milk and sugar. Cook it over medium low heat until sugar dissolve and it come to a slow boil. </span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Add in the rose syrup and coloring. Check the sweetness if it is to your liking. Pour it into the Jelly moulds and let it set.</span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">3. Once it is set, take out the jelly, cut into 4 segments. Put 2 segments of the jelly back into the mould and leave the rest empty. Prepare the white layer.</span><br />

Masukkan dalam tin springform berukuran 8 inci (20 cm) dan tekan padat2. Sejukkan dalam freezer. </span><br />
<span style="color: #ffe599; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2.Putar cream cheese dengan gula halus hingga berkrim, masukkan puree strawberry, dan juga strawbeyy emulco tadi, putar rata. Dalam bekas lain, putar whipping cream hingga kembang, kemudian masukkan ke dalam bancuhan keju tadi. Gaul rata menggunakan spatula. Ketepikan. </span><br />

Tuang ke dalam adunan cheese tadi, kacau rata dan masukkan 1/2 dari buah strawberry yang didadu tadi, gaul rata. Tuang dalam tin yang disejukkan dalam freezer tadi, ratakan. </span><br />
